Warehouse operations

How we bring products to market.

Not a product catalogue — a clear operating model for research, international fulfilment, and multi-channel selling for the US and worldwide.

Three capabilities. One commercial loop.

K WAZIR LTD runs a closed loop: discover products worth selling, place inventory where US and worldwide customers get reliable delivery, and list on channels that convert. Everything else is supporting detail.

Fulfilment motion — outbound ready worldwide

What has to clear the bar.

Before we commit purchase orders, every candidate is pressure-tested. Weak scores exit early — saving capital for ideas that can survive real fees and real competition.

Demand & competition

We look for sustained search interest and category movement, then study how crowded the top of the results already are. A loud niche with no gap is not a brief — it is a tax on advertising spend.

Unit economics

Landed cost, packaging, inbound freight, Amazon referral and FBA fees (or 3PL pick-pack), returns allowance, and a target margin after all of that — typically aiming for healthy double-digit contribution once fees land.

Physical & regulatory fit

Size and weight drive fulfilment cost. Hazards, age-restricted, heavily regulated, or brand-enforcement-heavy categories are treated with extreme caution or avoided for early launches.

Seasonality & IP

Seasonal spikes are fine when inventory timing is honest. Design patents, trademarked characters, and lookalike risk are deal-breakers — we build assortment we can defend.

Packed goods ready for dispatch

FBA to launch. 3PL when the maths say so.

Amazon FBA removes the need to lease space before you have sell-through data. It also meets customer expectations for Prime-eligible delivery on Amazon.

As Shopify and multi-channel volume grow, a Midlands or North of England 3PL can become the better multi-channel spine. We will not sign long warehouse leases on hope alone.

The operating sequence.

  1. Research & shortlist

Scan marketplaces and demand tools, score candidates, and lock a focused shortlist with supplier outreach targets.

  2. Source & validate

Collect quotes, request samples where needed, verify lead times, and confirm packaging that protects margin and product.

  3. Inbound preparation

Plan cartons, labels, and shipment bookings into FBA or 3PL — aligned to each network’s receiving rules.

  4. Channel launch

Publish Amazon and Shopify listings with accurate content and a visibility plan. Monitor early conversion and operational exceptions closely.

  5. Replenish or exit

Winners get reorder cadence. Weak SKUs are cut. Only then do we expand assortment or add another marketplace.

Suppliers and logistics conversations welcome.

If you supply products suited to US and worldwide online retail, or run fulfilment capacity we should know about, tell us what you offer — lead times, MOQs, and categories.
